IT was nice to have underground parking in the wintertime as it was very cold outside at the time.
Having to leave a 50 dollar deposit for incidentals
Loved the kitchen. Loved the bed, pillows, and linens.
I was disappointed the hot tub was not hotter. It was a cold, rainy Sept. day, if the hot tub had been hot, I would have gone for a swim and a soak.
Very comfortable rooms in a nice hotel
The lodge was clean and very attractive. The room we stayed in was very clean and very modern, with all amenities.

Not a bad drive to Whistler.
All was good but the hotel consistantly ran out of hot water!!!
We have stayed quite a few times and it is our favorite spot. Very welcoming when we have traveled with our pets and also when just ourselves.
Attractive, comfortable. Beautiful surroundings in a valley ringed by high mountains.
Price OK, but perhaps a little high.
Acessibility to pemberton
Room above the garage door.
Convenience of breaking up our trip from Hornby Island to Pavilion
For me, bed was a little too hard.
Great location, friendly and efficient staff. Loved the Starbucks coffee in the reception area and choice of snacks. I would certainly recommend it to friends and would visit again.
